I joined ADT 10 years ago, and ever since, I've had the gratifying experience of knowing that my work saves lives. I work with a team obsessed with taking care of customers, and I get to provide them with the tools to give outstanding service. A lot of that is simply making sure they are happy and feel valued and knowledgeable.
When I'm not supporting my team, I'm helping our customers. Once, a customer called to schedule a service before a holiday meal. We didn't have any service jobs available, so I reached out to a local branch to help with her request. When I called her after the holiday, she thanked me, and said that the technician fixed the problem and dinner was wonderful. It's a great feeling knowing I've made someone's life better, even if in a small way.
