Union Pacific Foundation
Since 1959, the philanthropic Union Pacific Foundation <http://www.up.com/found/index.shtml> has distributed funds for cultural, community and educational programs, as well as for human services. The better we're able to serve our customers, employees, shareholders, and fellow community members, the more we can help build our nation's strength.
Employees Involved In The Community
One example is our support for the Race for the Cure. Since 2000, our women's initiative, LEAD (Lead, Educate, Achieve, Develop), has worked to save lives and end breast cancer forever by participating in local Race for the Cure events.
