A Global Opportunity for New Grads

Every year, we offer young and recently graduated top talent from reputable public and private universities and colleges an opportunity to learn about our industry and grow their skills at ServiceSource Malaysia. It's called the SREV PROTÉGÉ Graduate Program.

Designed to help graduates transition from the collegiate environment to a business environment, this program provides trainees with a comprehensive training program that develops and accelerates their capabilities as future leaders. Upon graduation from the program, these graduates will be recommended for selected roles across the business units in ServiceSource Malaysia. "This protégé program was like an eye opener for me. I managed to learn and obtain an abundance of new information and skills. We were given opportunities to conduct various interesting activities, such as the conducting of our very own personality test, presentations on various topics, interviewing of the management team and more. We also learned about lean Six Sigma and the Fishbone theory, which I don't think many fresh graduates would get exposure to. "I keep telling folks that I stumbled into this recurring revenue organization accidentally. My dream was to worked with a big Information Technology organization such as Microsoft, Google, HP, Dell, and IBM; however, one thing led to another after I applied and was accepted to the program through a popular community forum in Malaysia.

I kept wondering whether this kind of program would be beneficial for me, since I had already been working for quite some time, but after six months, all my doubts were put to rest.
