Chad - Kansas City
Executive Management Trainee
"It's comforting to know NAPA is in good hands."
Chad has been a part of the NAPA family as an Executive Management Trainee for just less than a year, but he feels like he has been at NAPA for much longer than that because of the depth of knowledge he has already acquired, and the strong relationships he has developed with his colleagues. "As a new employee," he says, "everybody has been amazingly willing to help me learn, and everybody gives their all to help the team."
In fact, the people were a major reason Chad was attracted to NAPA in the first place. During the lengthy interview process to acquire his position, he was intrigued by the impressive tenures of the people he met. For Chad, this is a testament to the great people NAPA chooses to hire, and the great care they show for their employees. Chad also had the opportunity to interview with several top executives and walked away impressed, knowing that all the people at the top have earned it, and deserve to be there. For these reasons, Chad knows this year at NAPA will be his first of many.
