"In 2009, I started out as a fresh grad with no IT knowledge in the Singapore office. I started out as an Inside Sales Rep and was promoted to Account Manager in two-and-a-half years. One thing that attracted me—and continues to impress me—is the belief in training reps from different backgrounds. Management's faith in this philosophy is truly unique and inspiring.

I believe the traits that got me where I am now include looking at things from a broader perspective, which means thinking how my performance will impact the team as a whole, rather than looking at individual performance. Also, always having the determination to win and succeed has helped tremendously. I like going above and beyond established goals and objectives.

ServiceSource has always had a culture of working hard and playing hard, which I really love. The quarterly Stars Trips and in-theater competitions make it challenging yet fun, which of course, also motivates me in exceeding expectations."
