Product Support Engineer, Sector?

"I keep telling folks that I stumbled into this recurring revenue organization accidentally. My dream was to worked with a big Information Technology organization such as Microsoft, Google, HP, Dell, and IBM; however, one thing led to another after I applied and was accepted to the program through a popular community forum in Malaysia.

I kept wondering whether this kind of program would be beneficial for me, since I had already been working for quite some time, but after six months, all my doubts were put to rest. I've learned many skills that once I thought were not relevant in my career, but those skills eventually led me to where I am today. These skills include communication, presentation, quality control—and the most significant part for me: technical skills.

I'm currently working as a Product Support Engineer and enjoying every minute of it. My priority now is to grow within this great organization. I'm excited to spend the next few years learning and mastering this role. From there, I'd like to take on more responsibility and eventually move into a Level 2 or Level 3 support role."
