"I have been working for ServiceSource for 2 years and counting. I started here as an Inside Sales Rep and was promoted to Team Lead in one year and eight months. I love to compete and I love communicating with different types of people, so I have always been able to thrive in a sales-focused atmosphere.

My favorite thing about ServiceSource is the "work hard, play hard" culture. When successful, we play as hard as we work, with Stars trips around the country and a nice spread of team and individual spifs to reward you on top of your bonus. Being surrounded by young, up-and-coming, ambitious professionals makes coming to work a real pleasure. This truly is a great place to advance your career and build your business acumen.

If I could offer advice to younger professionals to help them in their career, it would be simply to set goals and stick to them. If you have a goal to become a manager, find out what it takes and don't let anything or anyone get in your way. You are your best ally and don't let anyone else decide your fate. Stay the course, and don't fear the long days and long nights that may challenge your will to proceed. You are going to get out of life and your career what you are willing to put into it."
